SHOP WARRANTY: All repairs performed by iFix New York are guaranteed for 90 days from the date that the repair was performed, except for software, computer virus related or water damage equipment repair issues. In cases where parts were replaced, the new part is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the repair.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that iFIX’s total liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the services, and you release iFix New York from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. IFIX NEW YORK IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR FOR YOUR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PRODUCT.
