Who we are
iFIX New York has repaired electronics in New York City since 2008. Today it is the parent brand of a network of five iFix repair stores: this shop on the Upper East Side, one in Midtown Manhattan and three in Brooklyn, in Bay Ridge, Midwood and Bensonhurst. Across the five stores we complete 4,900+ repairs a year.
iFix New York can efficiently and effectively troubleshoot and repair computers, smartphones and professional audio equipment. You see the price before any work starts. We offer a full range of repair services and technical support including in-home or on-site business services including wireless networking, network printer setup, on-site computer support & outcalls in the NYC area.
Before you visit
- Walk-ins are welcome at 247 E 77th St, Mon–Fri 10 am–7 pm and Sat 12 pm–6 pm; you can also mail your device in.
- A diagnostic costs $75 standard or $99 advanced, and it is credited to the repair when you approve the work. Nothing is repaired until you approve the price.
- Most repairs have a 30-day limited warranty, and OLED iPhone screens we supply and install have a 12-month limited warranty. Water damage repairs and customer-supplied parts are not covered.
