  Yesterday I needed to visit Ifix NY, for an issue with my Surface. My keyboard wasn’t able to communicate with the computer hence it couldn’t type. I told them that I needed it back within 48 hours max. They texted me 3 1/2 hours later and said I could pick it up at 6:45. To say I was thrilled was an understatement.
