We offer a convenient Mail-In Repair Service for your devices. This service allows you to send your device to us for a comprehensive inspection and repair. We understand that your device is important to you, and we assure you of our utmost care and professionalism throughout the process. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to utilize our Mail-In Repair Service:

Step 1: Packaging Your Device

Before sending your device, ensure it is safely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Wrap the device in bubble wrap or a similar protective material, and place it in a sturdy box. It’s recommended to use a box that’s slightly larger than the device to allow for sufficient cushioning.

Step 2: Include Your Details

In the box, include a piece of paper with your Name, Email, Phone number, Return Address, and a brief description of the problem you’re experiencing with the device. This information will help us create a new service ticket for your device repair.

Step 3: Shipping Your Device

Once your device is securely packaged, send it to our service center. We recommend using a courier service that offers tracking to ensure your package arrives safely.

Step 4: Repair Estimate

Upon receipt of your device, we will create a new ticket and send you a text message and email with your ticket number. Our team will inspect your device and provide an estimate for the repair within 1-3 days in most cases.

Step 5: Repair Approval

If you approve the estimate, we will begin the repair process. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, we will send your device back to you. Regardless of your decision, you will now have a clear understanding of the issue with your device.

Step 6: Payment

Once the repair is complete, we will notify you to make payment via Zelle or PayPal. Please note that the client is responsible for the return shipping cost, whether the device is repaired or not.

Step 7: Return Shipment

After we receive your payment, we will ship the device back to you. We ensure to package it securely to avoid any damage during transit.


All our repairs come with a standard 90-day warranty unless otherwise specified. This gives you the confidence and peace of mind knowing that we stand behind our work.
